Clearview, and Stayner in particular – is poised for growth, bringing new infrastructure, like growing transit, school expansion plans, and a new library facility. Stayner has a lively downtown, schools and excellent recreation facilities such as the Centennial Kinsmen Park and the Stayner Arena.

But it’s not only for the practical reasons that one would be drawn here. Stayner is situated in the centre of an area bordered by Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, The Blue Mountains and Creemore, and surrounded by incredible natural wonders to enjoy.
